Lobular neoplasia and Atypical Lobular Hyperplasia must be coded to behaviour code - /1 uncertain. Only code to in-situ /2 when the pathology specifically states in the text that the appearances amount to LCIS and give priority to the text when the text does not match the SNOMED code - eg lobular neoplasia but 8520/2 SNOMED code.
