For TCC and SCC of the bladder where the tumour is mostly of TCC pattern but some areas of SCC or Adeno, code to grade 3 TCC 8120/3. Where the tumour is mostly of SCC pattern or mostly adenocarcinoma then code to the corresponding code 8070/3 or 8140/3.
