For ICD 03 coding of GINIII or CGIN III versus adenocarcinoma in situ, it was agreed the morphology code to be assigned in ICD03 should be 8148/2, but adenocarcinoma in situ still to be coded to 8140/2, if the pathology text states that.  If both adenocarcinoma in situ and CGINIII are specified in the text, then code to CGINIII as this is the higher morphology code.
