It has been agreed that when ‘Myelofibrosis NOS’ is submitted on a
Death Certificate and there is no corroborating evidence of chronic
disease after follow up, the Death Certificate must be cancelled as
‘Myelofibrosis NOS’ is not a registerable condition.
