Cancer Outcomes Conference - 12th to 14th June 2013

In 2013 the National Cancer Intelligence Network and Cancer Registries will move into Public Health England. The National Cancer Intelligence Network will remain the main supplier of information on cancer to the Department of Health, Public Health England and the NHS.

In his keynote speech during the 2012 conference, Professor Sir Mike Richards, stated that “cancer intelligence will be THE primary driver of improved outcomes”, and the 2013 conference will highlight how national cancer intelligence is improving the understanding and delivery of:

  • awareness
  • diagnosis
  • treatment
  • outcomes
  • the cost of cancer in the UK
